I haven't cast mine yet. It was hard enough to pick the best ten and I have some serious fingernail biting to do before I can vote. Amazing quality of stories across the board.

While I don't intend to to that, I've decided that when I once again make a lousy showing in the voting I'll rail against the Board-at-large for its unmitigated lack of support for me, a "professional" writer, always willing to offer my help and advice, even when they were too "naive" and "egotistical" to listen to my superior literary voice. I may even find some new friends, with names like "Marsha" and "George," who will be happy to stand up for me and berate all the foolish,uncultured denizens of C&F who are, mostly likely, dazzled into a jealous stupor by my "professionalism."
