Sallow Flute
the Radio played some music by Frifot and there was interesting sounding instrument played. They said that it was a flute, but looking at their sight It looks like it was probably a Sallow Flute AKA Willow flute and seem to be in a class of flutes called Overtone Flutes, this particular one having a fipple.
And, you could always make one from PVC.
