Whistle Raffle in the pub

Post by Daniel_Bingamon »

I'm conducting a whistle raffle in the pub section. I have found out from a few people who seldom visit the "pub' section. So I'm putting a posting here for "Whistle Section" only viewers to see.

Several other whistlemakers have generously given instruments as prizes for the raffle. It is to help a medical clinic on the Lakota (Sioux) Indian Reservation in South Dakota - Pine Ridge Reservation, one of poorest regions in the United States.

Glad to see the referral here Daniel. I don't always go to the pub.

Keep us updated on the total contributions.

Thanks,
Daniel

It's my opinion - highly regarded (and sometimes not) by me. Peace y'all.

Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.

The raffle is only a few days away from completion. March 1st at the end day is closure. The drawing will be on March 15th.

There are 72 raffle ticket entries issued with 17 whistles as prizes. Those are pretty good odds for winning.

Visit the Chiff and Fipple Pub for details.

Here's a review of the O'Brien Maple whistle you are giving away in the raffle. It will be in the mail to you Monday.
