Yes Pat, I have been watching vol. 1 in readiness for when my practice set arrives. "You may find this difficult at first.." at the end of every section cracks me up! Seriously though-it IS a VERY good beginner's tutor,taking nothing for granted.Probably the next best thing to the ideal of a personal tutor in (hopefully) setting some solid playing foundations.

I like the MadforTrad tutorial the best, they have a nice little video of the different sections of a tune - I can set them to loop on my laptop and then I can play along. Bit of a pain to constantly reverse/play the NPU videos.
If they could convert the NPU videos to CD format - that would be brilliant.
