I put new pads on the keys, put sleeves the regulator bores in the mainstock out of thin walled brass, made a new loop section for the bass drone, a new teneon section for the baritone drone, put old reeds in the drones and some sh*t reeds in the regulators and then just played the crap out of them for a few decades.
