Last of the Great Whales - chords?

In another life, I had a CD with this song on it. It got misplaced. I am looking for the chords (I have the lyrics) to "The Last of the Great Whales," also known as "The Last Leviathan." I want to sing it in a concert next week with my husband on piano. Any leads would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It's on Solas' album "The Hour Before Dawn," and probably available through iTunes too.

The Irish Descendants have a version of it on their album "Look to the Sea" as well.

Yes, I know it is available on CDs, but I can't get one that quickly.

I don't do iTunes (or know how to go about it in any way).

Just looking for the chords, not necessarily a recording. Thanks.

That is a fine piece of music, a personal favorite.

I have the "Look to the Sea" CD; many great songs.
