The bad news is that I have more throat scans and another ultrasound (on a different kind of ultrasound machine) and more blood work scheduled. The saga continues to find a diagnosis, and the surgeon said there's still a pretty significant chance that my thyroid will need to be removed anyway (lots of cysts and nodules), but...I don't have cancer!
Well, see there! It was good news after all! That's wonderful and I, for one, am thrilled to hear it.
Now you can get back to your life and catch up on all that studying.
And don't worry about it anymore, no matter what they want to do about it.

Low white blood cell (WBC) count, headaches, exhaustion, nodules and cysts on my thyroid, light sensitivity, and plain and simple malaise. The problem is fitting all of it together. I've been tested for just about everything under the sun, but they can't find a firm diagnosis, just bits and pieces. But I don't have cancer!Lambchop wrote:So, what do you have?

- Tell us something.: I've picked up the tinwhistle again after several years, and have recently purchased a Chieftain v5 from Kerry Whistles that I cannot wait to get (why can't we beam stuff yet, come on Captain Kirk, get me my Low D!)

Good to hear!
I've seen family members waste away from cancer before and I feel bad when I hear someone I know has it.
