I just loved this movie! Some nice inside jokes for us ITM people, like that band that has an uilleann piper, but you hardly ever hear him play, because he's always mucking with his pipes.
The surprise ending is hilarious.
I think the moment that best sticks in my mind is the part where they're stuck without a bus and run into the hippies who say, "We all play the bad-ron" to which John Joe responds, "And I'll bet you know all the tunes"
Great little movie! Thanks for the insights into the little subtleties... made it even more fun than it would have been without them.

Bump... I just saw this yesterday for the first time. I'd never even heard of it until a session-mate brought the DVD the other night. Fun movie! And now I have a crush on Andrea Corr all over again.
