Anyone know when Bakerswell put out their eponymous recording? I have a copy of the CD but there's no date anywhere that I can find.
Thanks and best wishes for the New Year.

1988, that's what it says on the lp anyway. But that tallies with my memory of buying it, the where and when of it and the tunes I lifted at the time.

Re: Bakerswell
Over on thesession.org, in a related discussion, Kenny mentioned a partial reunion of the group in tribute to Mick Hand that took place some years ago. That jogged a memory
On the occasion they were, Mick Hand, whistle, Seán Óg Potts, pipes, Paul McGrattan, flute, John McEvoy, John Kelly and Kevin Glackin, fiddles. Not recognisable in the photo, Cathy Potter was playing the harp.
Below a scan of the lp cover (I scaled the image down a bit for forum posting but may have gone beyond legibility):

Re: Bakerswell
Thanks all for the responses. I got curious when I noticed on the session.org that the recording was from 1972—something that didn't seem to coincide with the ages of the members of the group.
With appreciation and best wishes
