It's also illegal in all Canadian provinces and territories although Newfoundland and Labrador allows it if there's an "R" in the month.

The other day, I posted the first video in a series in which I'm testing/demonstrating how difficult it is to learn to play the pipes (I thought the difficultly must be overstated, but I'm in the process of changing my mind...). A current project,-
Concert D drones in Plumwood, Turkish Box. Mainstock, unfinished, Australian hardwood, probably beefwood.

Nice work David, congrats!!!... the turning is very clean and neat, I really like the puck. Just to Know..., Do you plan to make the hole for the valve mechanism?

Yes, the mainstock is, as yet, unfinished and I will be adding the drone switch later.

Here's the chanter I made earlier this year. It's the one in the sound file mentioned in the drones post above. Made from Queensland Brush Box, imitation ivory and brass -
