FS - Seth Gallagher C Chanter

For Sale - A Seth Gallagher four key (F-nat, G#, B-flat, High-C) chanter pitched in C. Good condition. It is made of ebony, brass, and imitation ivory. It has a brass reed cap, and a working reed by Joseph Smith. It plays well with light pressure. $1800 with no waiting. Pictures coming soon.
I don't have time for a second chanter as I have my hands busy getting a good sound from the D set I play regularly. I'm also saving for a set of regs to attach to the D set.

I'm a bit confused. The sound sample of this chanter on uilleannobsession sounds great, but is pitched in D.

Details, details.... the clip was from the Patkos D chanter. The Gallagher in C has no clip. The website is fixed to reflect this now.

From just about all accounts, Seth's C stuff is his best work. When Gay McKeon was out a couple weeks back, he went on and on about Mark's C chanter. Said it was one of the best set-up's he'd played in years.
