Keeping the pipes warm

With hermetic seals, I'd be more concerned that your pipes might pick up a strong fishy odor. Fortunately, hermetic seals tend to live separate from the other seals.

I'd say just relax but take your time leaving the pipes to get warmed up before you play them and don't make any adjustments.
Living in Sweden myself and winters can get seriously cold here as well. Problem is as I learned not the cold nor dryness but the sudden changes in weather when it goes from dead cold to just wet and cold over night.
