SOLD: Boisvert 1/2 set in C
Lemonwood, 4 drones (G drone in addition to 3 C drones), keyless chanter with wooden reedcap, brass and imitation ivory. Tenor drone is missing base mount (flush to mainstock) as it cracked and fell off. Padded bellows. Chanter reed and spare by Alan Burton, drone reeds need to be reworked/replaced. Email for pictures, offers over $1500 entertained. Shipping and insurance additional.

it's the same set, I believe Mukade gave up the UP's for greener pastures. And yes, I can replace the mount for the new owner no problem.
This is certainly one set I'd LOVE to re-own. The fourth drone I made for Joe Smith's pipes is nice, but on a c set it's downright sexy. The curly lemonwood is a joy. It has a lovely warm tone, and that extra special flat pitch "nyah". Really, that SHOULD be a word, don't ya think?!
