Any Uillean Pipers near SE Louisiana?

I now have bari and tenor regs on my pipes......but need some help setting up and balancing he whole bunch....... Anybody near by and capable of helping me out with this one? Travel is pretty much out of the question due to upcoming corneal replacement and inability to drive for a bit.
