Christmas wish list...

Post by Jack Macleod »

It's that time of year again...I'm getting pinged on what I might want from co-workers, cousins, in-laws, etc....and of course I have nary a clue.

Help me with ideas for about $25. I already have:

* Mikie Smyth's CD
* Brian McNamara - Fort of the Jewels
* Steve Harris Bagpipe Tool (two?, one for GHB and one UP)

Hmm NPU DVD?

Wynd you Know is gorgeous, solo, but concert pitch. If you might be flat-inclined, check out "Touch My If You Dare" (Claddagh Records).

Actually you could pretty much pick anything from the Claddagh catalog and be happy :-)

Concert pitched? It's been a while since I listened to it, but I recall it being a B set. Gotta listen to it again I suppose. :D

Just checked, sounds Bb to me.

.... all I want for Christmas, is to be playing a full set of Greenwood cocobolo and brass and boxwood pipes... really, it is all I want... maybe, maybe a flat set, or perhaps just a flat chanter, a Checker Marathon, a really cool motor bike (Harley preferred, Indian will do), and a bottle of booze... this one's about dry.... *hic*....
