Hi Albert,
to post a link, simply copy the address as it appears in the address bar of your browser by -
*click in address bar and highlight the full address
* with address highlighted, press ctrl + c (copy)
* then in your message field to C&F click to set the cursor and then paste the address by pressing ctrl + v (paste)
* then highlight that address in message field and above the message field click on the box that says URL
That should do it.

Which makes my way the easiest ;p
