Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.

Did I hear my name? This is just a shameless excuse to tell people to come to the boat. The weather forecast looks wonderful for this coming weekend and it'll be your chance to serenade the Mighty Mississippi from the bow of a beautiful tug boat. Good stuff.

Also, I'll take this opportunity to tell people to look around for spare tenor reg reeds for the tionól. I need one. :P

We hit the "on" switch today! There's still time to cancel whatever little thing you have going on to make it to a truly memorable event.

Great weekend!

Thanks Tommy, GNIPC, Skip, Ivan and David.

Hope Patrick, Larry (nice to see you guys again) and Jamie (I'll get to working on that reed in a couple of days) have a safe and easy trip home.

Yup, great weekend, nice tug boat. :)

Definitely a class event and fun for all. Karen and I had a blast, so many, many thanks to Tom Klein, Patrick Maun, Pat McCormack, Jode and Kate Dowling, Tom Dahill, Patrick Cole (and Cecelia, too!), Danielle and Ana, Skip, Ivan, PD, No E, Jamie, and everyone else who made the weekend so memorable. It was really great seeing you all!
