Honestly, that was my initial thought, particularly looking at the shape of the reg tuning pins and the chanter stop valve. However, the reg keys look more Tayloresque. Davy's reg keys are more Bourkesque. Did I just invent a new word?

An interesting set of pipes - 4th regulator, big bend on the bass drone and the bass drone resonator is a fairly unique shape. The stop valve on the chanter is fairly unusual. I've seen that type of stop valve before ... but where???
