gargle on second e

Hello: Have a fine reed except that the second e has a gargle in its sound.
How was it to cure this ? Was it something to do with the stable?
Any idee´s

If it's sort of an unstable growly sound, try a 3/4" x 1 1/2" piece of cardstock. Roll it into a tube and shove it up the bottom of the chanter into place between the bottom two finger holes.
