Brian, that's "Illinois Central", and you'd never fit it on a license plate.

How about: 7REEDS, 2FARGON, FLAT8VE, 4KEYED, NOBK D, GURGLE D, or HI ROYCE. :D

I think it varies from State to State.
Florida allows 7 digits (no spaces) no profanity or obvious suggestive phrases.

I'll never own a BMW. I just recovered from 5 years of driving a Mercedes, tired of those surprise $2000 repair bills... Now I'm driving an Infiniti i30 and am loving it. Its pretty much a Nissan Maxima with nicer everything.
