FS: Olwell low D cane flute

Post by AaronMalcomb »

It's with a heavy heart that this flute and I part ways. It has been my companion for much of my exploration into the tradition. But we've grown apart. I'm much more focused on Scottish bellows piping and since I got my delrin Copley flute I have scarcely played the Olwell for the past year. I have some piping needs and so must part with the flute.

As stated, it is a cane flute in low D. It bears the Olwell stamp. I bought it from Patrick back in 2003. As many of you know Patrick scarcely makes these anymore what with his growing list of wooden flute orders. To get an idea of what the market is for this flute, and basically what it looks like, got to Doc Jones online shop.

I'm open to serious offers. I'll pay shipping unless the buyer's preferences and/or location are such that I may need an extra $10.

PM with offers and questions.
