Flute's Leather Roll Case Home Made !
Hi everybody
I just want to show you few pictures of the leather roll case I've made my self for my McGee Keyless Polymer ( 3 pcs ) :
Here below a detail for the cork grease little case
Below the case rolled out

And in the last pics you can see that there's a leather tongue that stay in between the head joint and the short foot as protection !

- Tell us something.: I restore 19th century flutes, specializing in Rudall & Rose, and early American flutes. I occasionally make new flutes. Been at it for about 15 years.

Is the leather stitching really...blue? Not a color combo I'd choose... Or is the white balance off on your camera? (The picture with the wall looks really blue too).manu.bande wrote:I just want to show you few pictures of the leather roll case I've made my self
Ah, I just tried a color correction in Photoshop, it looks more like this, doesn't it?

Hi Daiv
你好!
你的中文很好,你曾经在哪里学过?
我是意大利人,在上海生活差不多6年了。
我可以用5个小时做完这个长笛包。
Vanessa thank's for the poetic description of my roll case !
BoneQuint that's exactly the colours my eyes seen in the reality at the time of taking the pictures !
Avery ,thank's and sorry if I'm writing in chinese , I'm not chinese , but if someone write in chinese I'm happy to answer in that language , it helps me to keep practicing the language ! I try to do the same with my english wich is so so !
BTW if you use windows , and you're curios enough , you have the option language to read chinese words .
Manuel
