The guy in the middle in the above video is supposedly the "best ciaramella player in Italy." You can't tell by this video, but i have heard him, Antonio, play in person and he is amazing- like jaw droppingly good. He is an 8th generation zampognaro/ciaramellaro. His father is/was an incredible zampogna player. I guess the guy to his left is the son/grandson perhaps, making him 9th generation.
