I heard this on the radio on my way home from church - shocked me more than Michael Jackson, I don't know why.

Idea for an epitaph:

"But wait! There's no more!"

I kinda liked the guy, but I can't say why.

How very bizarre. I couldn't stand his voice, but he seemed like a decent, likable guy.

I wonder if Vince the Sham-Wow guy will give the eulogy. :-)

(I think Billy would appreciate the humor. RIP)

I've never liked his commercials - always thought if someone had to yell at me to make me try a product, the product was probably really awful - but I wouldn't have wished him dead.

When Billy started yelling at me on one of his commercials, I reached for the remote to push the mute button. Then I let out a sigh of relief.

I am sorry to hear of his death, though. I don't understand the comments by the airline that Billy wasn't wearing his seat beat during the landing. The laws of physics dictate that stuff falling from the overhead compartments are going to hit you (likely in the head) whether you are securely buckled up, or not. Not being buckled up can cause serious head injury in the case of turbulence (downdrafts), but botched landings that cause head injuries (buckled or not) is sure to be a good reason for a lawsuit.

Who?
And now there was no doubt that the trees were really moving - moving in and out through one another as if in a complicated country dance. ('And I suppose,' thought Lucy, 'when trees dance, it must be a very, very country dance indeed.')

I've never bought anything from an info-mercial, but I've been tempted.

If he really died from bumping his head in the airplane, the story and the litigation are going to be with us for a long time. He will live in cable news history. Maybe longer the the Micheal tribute specials/
