Tonight the doctors are a little more hopeful. Lesley is no weaker, although no stronger. I have been playing music all day again, to try to give her the will to live and make her own music. She is so tired and yet she keeps trying so hard. Tonight is crucial. I am going back later, when she has had a chance to rest, but I must be there. Thank you all.

Ro, Lesley and I exchanged some PMs, back and forth, and I am convinced that she intends to pull through all of this. I simply know she can!

She has the will.

Thank you all. I have been talking with a very dear friend and feel better able to cope with whatever comes, and to let Lesley make her own choices and know that I still support them no matter what. I still pray she chooses to stay, and I know she has the will to do it, but I want her to do so on her terms, not mine. If this is too hard for her, I understand. I love her.
I am going back to her now and will stay all night. I will come here again in the morning if I can, to tell you how she is.

Lesley seems to have decided to stay! Apparently there is a tune she needs to write down!!
She is still very weak, but the doctors now think she will live, and may get stronger, too.
