Thank you for all your concern. We are both well here, if a little chilly and looking forward to the summer. Mutepoint is right: I felt that I had monopolised the board for far too long, so have been keeping quietly out of sight, although still keeping an eye on you all! Neither of us will ever forget all you did for us, and we are very happy to have so many un-met friends! It is a lovely feeling.
I am still whistling happily, and we walk a lot, on the beaches and the moorland round here. No dancing yet, but perhaps one day... The music makes up for that lack, but perhaps I should change my name to Devonwhistler, instead; or Devon-sideways-walker-like -a-crab! Stupid Stick is still here, but has been rather surplanted by a newer and sturdier version of himself. I just use him in the garden now, so that I do not bring mud indoors. New Stick, who has no other name, walks indoors with me, and when we go out I use a crutch, which is also un-named. They do not seem to develop such bad personalities if I do not name them! Stupid Stick lurks in a big pot by the back door, and leans out to try to trip me as I go by, but I am (usually) wise to him, and avoid him. His nature has not improved.
Ro is well and is still wonderful. He takes such care of me and does not let me get lost, which is quite likely, as my brain is not quite what it was before its various power losses! It was not that good before, so you can imagine what it is like now! It makes for interesting walks, as I accidentally start walking off in the wrong direction and then wonder why Ro is not there!
We are both so lucky, in our home, our friends and our lives. We have had so much support and such friendship from people who were once strangers to us, and are now part of our lives forever. We are both very grateful. I will keep in touch, and I do post, once in a while...

But the fact that you are able to articulate this is a very positive sign!
Glad to hear things are chugging along.
