What's the story with the extremely slow response and the constant server errors?
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@chiffboard.mati.ca and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You're not the only one Peter look at this thread

What I meant to say was that the error message was a new thing for me today. It has been slow for a couple days here as well.
tansy, we are all in completely different locations so I don't think that is the problem (if you are wondering I am in Portland not Dublin right now).

One of the better qualities of C&F is that there have never, never been any server troubles.
Have you lubricated your muffler bearings, lately, or checked your drive shaft resonator?
Then again, it could be the Johnson rod.

Hi

The Seven Seas Cruising Association forum has been down for several days. Sometimes it displays "This forum is currently unavailable", but most of the time just a "Address Not Found" error. It runs the same software. It was up briefly earlier today, but now it's gone again. (Or maybe it was just the work computer pulling something old off it's own harddrive.)
I hope there is a good backup of our forum somewhere? Dale?

It's slow as Christmas in this neck of the woods.
