I know, there is great suspense.

The clinic has to receive the donations and confirm it and I had originally set March 15th as the drawing date.

A note for all, Native American reservations do have computers but things do not move at a high rate of speed.

For example, to do banking at the Pine Ridge reservation, the bank located in the state of Nebraska comes across the stateline each day was a mobile bank vehicle (Badlands Express) and visits different towns on the reservation on different days.
So, Pine Ridge gets banking on Tuesday and Thursday. Manderson and Oglala on Wednesdays, etc.

There were contributors who contributed amounts of $30 to over $200.

I'm happy that the raffle made a good amount, it probably could have been larger but I now know how much work is involved in running one of these things, still a lot to do. whew!

I remember one of Dale's messages on a raffle subject titled, "I'm on my knees". Never quite understood that till now, it's nowhere as large as his raffle was. So, maybe I've walked a 1/4 mile in his shoes.

I must be easily entertained. :D
Every time a new choice and pick turn comes up, I play this little game. I ask myself "assuming I only had a Sweetone, what would my pick be?"

Daniel, you deserve some "props" here. You did a good job on the raffle, for a good cause.

Thanks for your hard work!

It's my opinion - highly regarded (and sometimes not) by me. Peace y'all.

After I bought my tickets (2) I printed out the list of whistles and entertained myself by putting them in order..first choice down to fifteenth choice. I must have rethunk that list twenty times. before it was my turn to choose. Three of the five chosen before me were on my top six list.

judy..now up to FOUR whistles, yahoo.
Judy and The Cutterpup

Yo! Edward Asplundh! What'll it be?
(this is an interesting waiting game, to be sure!)
edit: Sorry Ed...exhibiting a bit of uncharacteristic (maybe) impatience here fueled by the thrill of winning something, and a couple ounces of Chardonnay.
