Contemplation Rose by Van Morrison - goosebumps and occasional tears every time . . . and I know that I've heard it at least 2000 times!

Oh yeah, and Erin Gra Moi Chroi by Colm O'Donnell (and I'm Scottish & English . . . don't think I even have a drop of Irish blood in me [unless of course you want to go down the road of Scots being an Irish clan, and calling the land that we all know as Scotland home]).

Niamh Parsons in general comes to mind. Done with Bonaparte, written by Mark Knopfler and Black is the Color are good ones with different themes and from different CDs.
