Well, actually you can, if you want to. You just have to accept that people will point out what they see as inconsistencies. I find it easier to make what seem to me to be the most tolerable choices and accept that my views are going to at times be paradoxical. This would be problematic if I insisted that I stood for the moral high road.
You can also point out that people are not snakes (or raptors, or whatever).

Excellent! You're on your way to gourmet!

I'm enjoying a nice meal of green beans, yellow beans, onions, and carrots in Patak's lemon cilantro tikka masala sauce. Cooking the veg. and tossing on a dollop of sauce worked nicely.

Needs some meat, though.

I hear once you get close it starts sounding pretty good... even better past it.

I'm not there yet.

What I want to know is when did they start hiring pre-teens as police officers?

I talked with an officer the other day and I swear he was no older than 12!
