Since you mentioned it, I would love to have front row seats given to me when the pre-traditionalists show up to give the traditionalists a you-know-what about their advant garde ways.

I remember CL from her Girls Just Wanna Have Fun days, and I also remember Time After Time, too.

However, this latest rendition of TAT just gets to me, a beautiful performance!

And, this is an example of the beauty of the minor, musical keys.

I'm going to put that tune on my flute.

Indeed, happy birthday, CL.

BTW, and given the recent passages of those at age 50, it appears that Cyndi Lauper is at least over 50, thank goodness!

What surprises me is that she's older than my parents.

Well, it appears that Cyndi Lauper is about a year and a half older than I am.

However, and I'll say it once again, that performance of TAT was beautiful, and I thank you for sharing.

Just in case you haven't seen it, you need to see her dulcimer backed version of True Colors- amazing arrangement of a fantastic lyrical song  .....

Yes, that's another example of the beauty of the minor keys.

Well, I've just put a Happy BD tribute to Cyndi Lauper on the C&F Flute Forum, as, "Beauty, in a minor key".
