A typically Californian assumption about life in the Midwest that I've had to gently correct before. No, inventing Jell-O "salads" is what happens in winter for bored Midwesterners who haven't yet discovered sex. The vast majority of us definitely do NOT prefer Jell-O salads over the other. I take it you haven't yet seen the steamy windows of Minnesota on a January day. Yep, good times. Ya, shure, yew betcha, hey. :D

Kidding or not, in this case I wish you would do everything for Dale. I really don't wanna see him in a loincloth.

I'm sorry Dale. I'm afraid I can't do that.

The only moral issue most Americans should have with food is that they (we) eat way too much. We're literally hogging it down while entire nations starve.

The "while nations starve" was edited in especially to soften the blow, and make my look more human. :)

I've never been terribly fond of kidneys, myself. And gnawing the bones is so tiring after a while. <burp> :D

Would it be morally wrong to genetically manipulate vegetables or animals so that they craved to be killed and eaten?

Dogpatch Enterprises developed the Shmoo back in the late '40s. Almost destroyed humanity.

So long as the wait staff doesn't bring the animal to the table before hand in order for the entree to ask me how I would like her cooked.

(By the way, that's how fruits evolved. They're a bribe from the parent plant to get an animal to carry its seed elsewhere.)
