Name a tree-planting campaign!

Post by emmline »

My friend Allen is working on a Chesapeake Bay environmental project, and one of his tasks is to engage a batch of school kids and their parents in a reforestation initiative.

He needs a title/slogan/catchphrase for the project that is not a stupid as the sample one offered by his overlords. (Trees are "tree-mendous.")

I told him that I don't think "Trees are the S***" is quite the thing, and the #1 result of our brainstorming is "Trees, or you flunk."

Any suggestions? Picture this on the front cover of a binder from Office Depot.

Ha Ha

Seriously, though, are there other parameters for your request? # of words - short name of a tree-planting program, or a quotation or slogan giving justification for "trees good, fire bad?"

Few words...maybe 6 or fewer? And I think it would essentially be the title on a binder, capturing the essence of the project. That is--trees are good things...we should make sure we have them, and even plant some more.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

I don't know about a slogan. But here's your theme song:
