The Augusta Irish Week schedule and teachers have been posted.

Joanie Madden will be teaching the intermediate/advanced whistle class again, as well as coordinating the whole program, again this year. Brendan Dolan is listed as the teacher for the beginner class. I was wondering if any chiffers were planning on going this year. Any interest?
It's a good week and Joanie always has a bunch of good tunes to learn.

Folks come to Elkins from much farther afield than Florida for Augusta Irish Week. And even though I come from a state which shares a border with WV, it's no easier to get to Elkins for me than it is from most anywhere else. Ask anyone who has been there. But - it is well worth the trip - great teachers and classes, good sessions, terrific concerts and great people. I enjoy it.iwanttotoot wrote:How nice too bad it's not anywhere near Florida.
