If it were two third places, that would be easy enough: one gets the head the other the tube. Maybe I still have that hacksaw....

Does anyone have brilliant suggestions?
Thanks.

It is brilliant, of course. But since my whoa is satiated at present I'll settle for the aformentioned worm. And since worms don't necessarily ship well, if I go turn over a few leaves in the backyard I'm sure to find a local one.
I merely reserve the right to harangue Bloomfield occasionally on the grounds of gross contest mismanagement. 8)

If we have to be in touch with Dale, why do you want us to PM you?

Dale has the book and the CD and without your name address, he won't be able to send it to you. I want to know what prize you have b/c I am coordinating the three choices.

Well, what do you know!! I've been out of commission for several weeks (knee replacement surgery) and come back to find out I'm considered a "winner!" That's enough prize for me - nothing else required, thank you.

Terrific fun, Bloo!

Dammit! I missed this thread because it wasn't labelled OT. Can we start the competition again please?

My schedule is such right now that while I de-lurked long enough to post my entry, I re-lurked right after posting...but only because there are not enough hours in the day to un-lurk here for more than a few minutes at a time. (As it is it's 1:00 am as I write this, and I am scheduled to be waking up 6 hours...make that 5 1/2 hours, argh!)

I had a great time participating, as well as reading everyone's stories. It was a surprise to me to find that I'd even made the poll with my one entry (which was hastily written...I posted it the day before I went on vacation, and I didn't look at a computer again until the day after the contest ended).

I want to thank Bloomfield for inviting all to participate, as well as to everyone who made entries.

And on that short note, time to return to my regularly scheduled lurkdom..
Today is the Tomorrow you worried about Yesterday....Was it worth it?
