I am in the USA and have viewed their web pages. They both make pipes in the mid-range for price (which is what I can afford), so I am mainly wondering if their pipes were of good value for the price.

Would anyone here happen to know anything about Chris Bayley's or Alan Logan's uilleann pipes?

They are both reasonably priced, available relatively quickly and very tempting.
