Any good??

I know nothing about concertinas but I came across these on E bay, would any of them be decent starter instruments or would they just be a waste of money? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ANGLO-CONCERTINA-Brand-New-20-Key-C-G-Wooden-Ends_W0QQitemZ180045189879QQihZ008QQcategoryZ16218QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZ...

I have one and it is a great whistle, though when I first got it I wasn't too sure about it,but as time went on and I became used to the whistle I loved it.I would say though that I dont think it would be an ideal whistle for a beginner.
