if you pay by Paypal you can claim a refund up to 45 days from the day of purchase if you donot get satisfaction from the person you purchased from. We use Paypal all the time and find no problems.

The bag and bellows are definetly not Howard but the chanter is a very early Howard chanter made around 1975 based on the old kennedy design.Brian used to use the little heart shape on the C natural key in the early days.

We did move to Kilkenny in 1979 to set up workshops but we were making pipes in Woodstown from 1977. Brian was making practice sets in Market harborough in 1973 and made Finbar Fureys set in 1976
