this tune davy maguire teached in flute class at san benedetto in alpe folk festival this year ...... he didn't know name of tune , so this is my attempt if someone of you maybe know proper name for that tune .... so, this is reel, g major, first part goes: dc I BG3 DG3 I BcdB G2 AB I cA3 EA3 I FGAF...

as peter said, there are at least two slip jigs known as 'humours of whiskey ', so this one in the video i prefere to refere to as 'dever the dancer' (this being it's second name).

Are some Murrays really stamped Muraeus?
yes ...! mine is ,and i know few others with muraus sign on flute.... although it is stamped MURAUS not Muraeus ....
even some of his older flutes have muraus stamp ( i think that m. clarkson old flute was stamped with muraus sign ...)
