Wow, and that started at 99cents.

I think I know how my kids are going to college now.

Re: Boundry between 'ornimentation' and 'melody variation'

What's been said is absolutely true. But another thing I think is going on with people who have this complaint is subconscious. It may be a fear to do things "wrong", it may be a feeling that a setting you've heard is somehow sacrosanct, it may just be that you have to concentrate too hard...

Re: If you didn't like Rebecca Black's "Friday" ...

I was just reading the lyrics at that point. Like I said, after the first verse or so of the vid, I was done with that. Oh, reading. I thought you meant you were just listening to the lyrics and not letting your eyes share in your ears' suffering. Oh good, I get to be the first to point out that th...

Re: Help - Beloved Sindt Head Stuck On Body

I agree with what has been said. Changing the relative temperature levels of the body and mouthpiece so that the body shrinks and the head grows slightly is probably the way to go. You might sit the bottom of the body in a glass of ice water for several minutes, then dunk just the mouthpiece in hot ...

Brand-name dropping is pretty much part and parcel of rap.
If you got to the panda part, you just missed the geisha. But don't correct that.

Re: If you didn't like Rebecca Black's "Friday" ...

ARK Music Factory Think of them more as a Vanity press... Does anyone else remember the "record yourself" booths at malls and amusement parks? You would go into a recording booth and sing over a karaoke track and they'd put it on a CD for you to take home. Later I guess they added a green...

Re: If you didn't like Rebecca Black's "Friday" ...

So I just went to the tubes of you and searched for all the Ark Music vids. I can't wait for my daughter to be old enough to exploit. Yikes. This video is a little creepy in a Jon-Bonet sort of way, but she seems to need the autotune way less than most in the Ark stables. http://www.youtube.com/watc...

Re: Poll: Cheers or Tears

This kind of thing has happened once before when I was flying kites indoors competitively. At an international event in ’97, one of the judges, a huge guy, told me I brought tears to eyes. You're telling me that you can fly kites indoors? And that you can cause people to cry without hitting them in...
