If he wants to sell me the set, I'd like to know why he is selling... does it play well, it is it hard to reed, is there anything special I should know or is he just divesting? All valid questions and if stated up front, remove the need for me to ask.

the reason I ask, is I recently saw a picture of a set, that came with one, but no provenance and no reeds... just trying to figure out who the maker is/was... worried that the Pakistani makers have moved into the Swedish pipes market...
