it is easy , just put a bag under each arm and use your foot to pump the bellows . Some simple plumbing hardware will connect the two chanter tops , and off you go . You will be pumped like " arnie " in no time . Just like a home gym .

I used to spend ALL DAY just to make one reed , and some few of my piping years were spent making reeds , as apposed to playing . But I can live with that as , I am not much for tunes , or for that matter playing the regs , other than on slow airs . The time I spent regarding the pipes was time well...

I like to use both sanding , and the gouge . That way I avoid getting locked in as each piece of cane is different , and using both gives the leeway to make a good reed .

There is some geometry to look at here . if the pipe bag is based on the rousome design , then the bag neck somes out at a right angle and the drone stock is usually put in the bag just under the bag neck .
