Re: WTB: Irish Whistles in Worship by Michelle Wooderson

I have a nice story to tell about her. I met her some years ago after a Robin Mark concert in Weymouth MA. I had never seen whistles before. Robin & the band graciously stayed after the show to greet folks & I made my to Michelle to ask what it was she was playing (I knew they weren't record...

FS Boisvert/Greenwood Pipes C and Bleazey low G (both SOLD)

It's been a few years since I have posted anything here. Life has taken different direction with loss of my father in-law a year ago. He was disabled and lived with us for 10 years. His care needs grew in the later years but he never complained. I don't think I've ever met someone with such a positi...

Re: I'm selling my whistles - Greenwood, Rose, Sindt, Sweetheart

Always happy to weigh in on Greenwood whistles. I have D and a C. It was originally D & C set but I wanted the C body to match the sound of the D so I sent the C body to David for a new head to match. What I got was a whole new C whistle as he wanted the head & body to match - he is a real p...

Re: FS Busman Eb in pink ivory wood

bump - Well the response to this has not been overwhelming. I thought someone might have commented on the beauty of the wood on this whistle. Anyway, I still need to sell it so I am dropping the price to $165.

FS Busman Eb in pink ivory wood

Finances and new priorities have led me to offer my Busman Eb Whistle in gorgeous pink ivory wood with brass fittings. I bought this new from Paul. This would have cost $260 because of the wood used but a mix-up in prior order led Paul to sell it to me for $250 (he is great guy to work with). It has...

Re: I GOTTA A GREENWOOD WHISTLE!!!!

[*Sorry for the mistype... It's a d whistle. not an a. that'd be really cool though.]

Yeh - an A would be cool - and a Bb, and a G, and an F, and an Eb and...and....and well where would it end? I really like David's whistles and I know i am not alone!

Re: I GOTTA A GREENWOOD WHISTLE!!!!

It's been a long time since I wrote anything here but just stopping in, this post caught my eye. I didn't know that David made any whistles in A - all I ever saw advertised were D, C and Bb. I count myself among the blessed to have 2 Greenwoods - D and C which I rate as my all time favorites & w...

And the race is won! I priced it low for several reasons.
1. to sell fast - mission accomplished
2. I recall that I got it for just a bit more - around $200 - maybe a bit more
3. to bless someone with a good playing flute at a reasonable price - I think sillydill will enjoy it.

SOLD FS Burns Folk Flute - new Forbes

I just purchased a new Forbes flute - I am very pleased with it. He did some offsets on the 3rd and 6th hole as I asked. He is very accomadating. Alas I can only afford to keep I'm selling my Burns folk flute. I got this from Doc Jones a while back and it has served me well. It is 2 piece in Mopane ...
