no it's not for the busman, my friend has a Rose, and he was wanting a case for it. I thought it would make a nice birthday present. But i like the little case that the busman came with.

whistle cases?

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of a maker/seller of wooden box type cases for whistles. Just wondering how much they would charge and or if it would be cheaper to just make it myself. Thanks for whatever you guys come up with.

I'm using bore oil, purchased from a music shop down the street to oil the whole thing. I figure it'll do the trick and i don't have to worry about mixing anything incorrectly. I gotta treasure and pamper this one. :D

Hey i'm near the sacramento area, (well just an hour away) and i've never heard of any sessions, but would like to know more about this festival (since i've never heard of it). Is there going to be whistling? because if there is, I'm there.

I really enjoyed playing it for twenty minutes today. It's slightly airy in the second oct...

Hey thanks for the reply, and thanks for the whistle. Absolutely beautiful, and now that i've played it i'm in love with it. Can't believe that kind of sound can come out of something so small. Thank you very much, worth every penny.

I got a Busman!!!

Hey all I recieved my Busman cocobolo D whistle yesterday and holy cow is it beautiful just to look at. The reason why i'm posting (not try to brag about my new whistle :) ) is that there weren't any instructions on what type of lubericant to put on the tunning slide. I've already emailed Paul my qu...

Looking for some music....

Hey all, I was playing around on the Kerry Whistles site and started to poke around with the previews of CD albums page when I found Cormac Breatnach's "Music for whistle and guitar". I love the way it sounds, but I can't seem to find anyone who sells the CD, after looking online for half ...
