The first tune sounds like a studio recording and is pleasing to my ears. The other two are live, probably no mixing board involved and/or poor mic placement. Yeah these two are a bit fast but lots of good potential. I'd like to hear more too.

Yes, this is a neat trick. Anybody see the Boys of Lough video where Cathal Mcconnell plays two whistles at the same time? He has a bit of help from scotch tape but does an amazing job.

If I were to contrast two whistles, one with character and one lacking in character, in essence I'd be saying that the first is exciting, the later boring. I think this really hits the nail on the proverbial head or at least very close. Perry Como's voice, to me, lacks character but no doubt excite...
