I have had some of my whistles for a few years. I never thought about selling them. I must be more of a newibe than I thought. I buy and play some so am I a whistler evan if i do not sell them? OK now i am confusing myself.

Yes there is cool pan pipe tune that is playable on the whistle and it can be played fast or slow and improvised. "El Condor Pasa'' is on almost every cd of that type of music.

I removed some Generation fhipples with the hot water method. But also found that the tube needed to be cleaned of the sealant or when the fipple was replaced it seized up again. I belive Jerry is correct in that moisture content of untreated wood will change with relative humidity. Applying oil to wood stablizes the moisture content and prevents expansion and contraction cracks.
