I feel the way many people do here. A BA from a liberal arts college (as opposed to a school that is training people for particular work) would rarely qualify you for a particular kind of work or if it did it would be work at a very beginning level that quite possibly anyone else with a similar amou...

Thanks, dean! We might be able to get to something on there.

I got a 34. But many aspects of the two levels down fit me as well. And I can see a few things in the higher scores that fit me, or that could under certain conditions. No, I wouldn't necessarily tell the truth if I were taking this test to get a job, although I realize they usually have different v...

Should I be worried to be the one character I didn't much care for? Klinger, would be the one. Well, I would be more than a little alarmed myself. This is an indication of a deep division between your ego and your frontal lobes. They must make friends. I recommend yoga. Except, quite a few women ha...

I've never heard Chulrua in person, but we used to catch Paddy O'Brien playing at Kieran's when we passed through Minneapolis around Christmas each year. Boy, he is really great. I would go a long way to hear him. Sadly, we were told that they weren't booking traditional music at Kieran's anymore so...

That was really interesting! I also really enjoyed your video where you are wearing a hat and tie and playing the high whistle. That was really good!

JES----I could't imagine what this thread was going to be about and then when I saw, it really took me awhile to collect myself. I'm thinking about you and I can't think what else to say right now.

Also, the very clear pointing out that no American citizens of German or Italian descent were put in camps----that was clearly a conclusion that the camps were a completely racist thing, that racism was the only factor in making people go to those camps. I'll have to dispute that point as I distinc...

Oh that sounds like just the thing. Actually, when I was about four I went to the grocery store with my mom, and there was this really big clown wandering around the aisles. I'm sure he was working for the store, and he was supposed to talk to the little kiddies and make them happy. I was truly horr...

I like this picture of Marcel Marceau. I have never seen the face behind the paint, and he seems like a whole different person to me even though I know he is not. I think maybe I also am a bit scared by clowns and mimes for some reason. I was not very familiar with his work but I know that his name ...

Everybody wised up. http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/3/5/1/0/6/ar117147085760153.jpg It's because the seed had been sowed and Latin was being written with spaces (as it is by the Pope today), and all the descended languages are, by virtue of being descendents, related. It doesn't mean that...
