I guess it is the same guy whom I talked to when he had the set for sale in a local newspaper. According to what he told me then
he has played the highland pipe for many years but never played the Uilleann Pipe.

The reason why I do not love Dixon whistles is that every whistle I have tried was way out of tune. I have tried to return a whistle just to receive one that was far more out of tune. So I got back to my Susatos.

The Spillane tutor is very basic.
