FS: Reviol low F

Unfortunately, due to financial issues, I'm selling my Reviol low F whistle. I got this whistle (used) from another C&F's user about 6 months ago. The whistle is made of aluminium and it's black anodized. It's in pretty good shape and is a great (and loud) player. This whistle, new, goes for ~u$...

Re: best cheap whistles to buy for a new club

You can get MEG's which are, I think, the cheapest whistles. I have one and I like it quite a bit.
Another good options are, in my opinion, Feadóg or Walton's.

Re: C.P. Now Available - Simple PVC Piccolos

Ok, so I finally received my Jem's piccolo, and it's GREAT! Not only that it looks beautiful, but it also plays nicely in tune and has a strong tone. It's my first piccolo so I still have to develop my embouchure, but I think it's much more fun to play than any high D whistle, and also much more exp...

Until my niece lost it, it was my Susato VSB. Now it's probably my EveryWhistle.

Re: Posting clips

Something's wrong with your link there, Bothrops - it just took me to my own Box Net account, didn't open your clip...... But regardless, welcome back! I'm sure Doug would send you a wedge, or you could knock one up from any suitable plastic pipe - the wedge is more important than the lip-plate! I ...

Re: Posting clips

After giving up the flute over a year ago and selling my Forbes (I regret so much about that), I'm trying to start playing again. At least I still have my Tipple (no wedge nor lip plate, though :() Here is a recording from today, my first day in more than a year without playing (you can notice it!) ...

Re: C.P. Now Available - Simple PVC Piccolos

I've not been around the forums lately and look what I've found. Wow, Jem, those piccolos look really great. I'll have to order one as soon as I can. Good job!

Martin

Re: What do you focus on while you're playing?

I don't focus at all. I just listen to the melody that I'm playing and enjoy it :D It always happens that if I focus on what I'm playing, I start making a lot of mistakes, or even stop playing. Now, that's when I'm just ''practicing''/playing the tunes I already know well (at home or in a session). ...
