Tunable whistle gone non-tunable... Help!
I have a lovely Syn whistle, made of thick aluminum with a brass tuning slide. The whistle is great, but the brass joint has become so corroded that it won't budge--I can't tune it! gunked-up windway: solution?
so my whistle grew a bunch of gunk in its windway. i have a syn (:D) so the windway is curved. i tried a thorough soap and watering but it's still in there. anyone have any ideas to help me unstuff my poor whistle's throat?
